We are proud to offer our customers 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on items purchased directly from our online store. If you purchase a product but want to return it when you receive it, you have 30 days to arrange a return with us. Please read carefully our returns policy below.
Return Policy
- Within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unused and unopened and in the original packaging as received without any tampering.
- Items returned must include all relevant documents (eg. warranty certificates, user manuals and any extra attachments), tags and accessories.
- Any returns found to be opened, used or have signs of damage will immediately void the refund/exchange.
- Our return policy does not cover change of mind or compatibility issues (if product has been opened). Please carefully check to make sure your device will be compatible with our chargers and accessories.
- If you have already opened and used your item, our team may in some special conditions approve a refund however we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the RRP.

If you feel like your return meets all the conditions above, please follow the process below and fill out the form to start your return:
- Fill out the below form and begin the troubleshooting process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- One of our customer care specialists will then begin the process of troubleshooting or help you use the product according to our suggested use suggestions.
- The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered, any missing items will void the 30-day money back guarantee.
After Approval:Once we have approved the 30-day money back guarantee request, you will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Product Warranty
All SnapWR products are protected and covered against product defects in materials, worksmanship and faults for a period of one (1) years from the date of original purchase, when purchased through our online store or an authorised reseller.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY?
• Normal/daily wear and tear of product use • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, and any accident that is not covered under the warranty • Usage of product other than for its intended purpose • Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance • Subjective view on 'fault', 'quality', 'speed' e.g not fast enough, not strong enough
Faulty Product – within 30 days from day of receiving
In instances where goods are deemed to be faulty within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, customers must submit the warranty form below for either a refund / replacement. In instances where no complaint has been submitted and the time frame exceeded, only a replacement will be approved. A refund may be approved only in special conditions and may incur a 25% restocking fee of the RRP.
Faulty Product – after 30 days from day of receiving
After 30 calendar days has passed of receiving your item, and the product is deemed to be faulty and verified within our 12 months warranty period, SnapWR will only repair or replace the faulty product with a fully functioning equivalent new product. A refund may be approved only in special conditions and will incur a 25% restocking fee of the RRP.
In all cases of warranty return/replacement form submissions, a member of our customer experience team will reach out and begin the trouble-shooting process for your particular item in attempt to quickly resolve the issue without additional hassle and requesting your item to be shipped back. In cases where the fault can not be easily identified, and you still believe the item is faulty, we may request you to send the faulty product back to us. If the product is within the 30 days, and you opt for a refund, we will refund your full product costs and shipping costs incurred. If you fall outside the 30 day period, your item will be replaced or repaired with shipping costs paid back.
We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods, as returns are NOT our responsibility until they are back in our possession. Shipping costs will need to be covered by yourself and are NOT refundable.
Goods should be returned with their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the fault has been identified and verified,we will authorise a replacement or full refund to you depending on which criteria you meet.
If your return request does not meet any of the above conditions and is not an issue covered under our warranty, we may approve a store credit or a return only under special circumstances, and will incur an increased restocking fee.
